Department of Mathematics and Department of Science of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organised an event named Innovations and Calculations – 2019′ on 23rd February, 2019. Mrs. Neera Seth, Ex. Head of Department of Mathematics was the Chief Guest of the day. Students of B.Sc. (Non Medical, Comp Sci, Economics) and B.A. participated in the competitions of Power Point Presentation, Poster Presentation, Scientific Rangoli and Medicinal Plant variety show. Students expressed their ideas on the topics like ‘Physics for Society, Mathematics in Daily life, Vedic Maths, Kitchen Chemistry etc. Principal, Dr. Mrs. Kiran Arora appreciated the efforts of the students and congratulated the winners.
