A workshop was organized for the students of B.Com I & II on Personality Development by the Placement Cell in Co-ordination with the Career Launchers. Career Launchers conducted a test on ‘Personal Effectiveness Scale’. Around 80 students participated in this workshop. The test was fruitful in the development of their personality and familiarized them with the flaws in the same. Ms. Riya Sharma, mentor of the institute discussed with the students how to diminish weaknesses of their personalities. At the end of the workshop, Mr. Aditya, business development head also addressed the students and thanked Madam Principal, Dr. Kiran Arora for giving them an opportunity to interact with them.
